Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the Dharmys Beauty World website, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on Dharmys Beauty World's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

Orders and Payments

Payment must be received before your order is processed. We accept various payment methods as indicated on our website.

Shipping and Delivery

We ship to locations within Nigeria. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, courier services, or circumstances beyond our control.

Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. You are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged or lost shipments.

Returns and Refunds

We accept returns of unopened, unused products within 7 days of delivery. The product must be in its original packaging with all tags and labels intact. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Service Bookings

For makeup and beauty services:

• Bookings must be made at least 48 hours in advance
• A deposit may be required to secure your appointment
• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment for a full refund
• Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of the deposit

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Dharmys Beauty World or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on our website.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nigeria and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to revise these terms and conditions at any time. By using this website, you are expected to review these terms on a regular basis to ensure you understand all terms and conditions governing use of this website.
