Our Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, we accept returns within 7 days of delivery.

What Can Be Returned?

- •Unused items with all tags and labels attached
- •Products received in damaged or defective condition
- •Incorrect items shipped

- •Opened or used products (except if damaged/defective)
- •Items without original packaging or missing components
- •Products marked as final sale or clearance
- •Returns initiated after 7 days from delivery
How to Return an Item
Contact Us
Reach out to us via WhatsApp, email, or phone within 7 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number and reason for return.
Get Authorization
We'll review your request and provide return authorization along with instructions on how to send the item back.
Package and Ship
Securely package the item in its original packaging. Ship it back to the address provided. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error.
Inspection & Refund
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll process your refund within 7-10 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email.
Refund Information
Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. If this is not possible, we'll contact you to arrange an alternative.
Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we shipped the wrong item.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
For damaged or defective items, we'll send a replacement at no additional cost once we receive the returned item.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged/defective item
- Description of the issue
We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
